Expanding Sales Channels for
Mushroom Farms Nationwide
Supporting shared growth with mushroom farms nationwide and contributing to agricultural economic development.
Dr. AG is committed to fostering shared growth with mushroom farms across the country and contributing to the advancement of Korea’s agricultural economy. We work in partnership with regional farms—especially those with limited access to distribution channels—by outsourcing production and connecting them to Dr. AG’s extensive domestic and global distribution networks.
Through this collaboration, local producers gain new market opportunities, while we help invigorate the broader agricultural sector.

Suan Farm
Expected expansion to 168t in 2025
Dr. AG is opening a new path for buna-shimeji mushrooms together with Suan Farm. Despite the geographical constraints of Haenam, located at the southern tip of the peninsula, and the challenges of logistics, Dr. AG supports distribution and has helped achieve annual growth of more than 30%.
Beyond simply creating new sales channels, we are helping drive the sustainable growth of regional farms.
-
Haneul Agricultural Corporation Co., Ltd.
Expected expansion to 566t in 2025
King oyster mushrooms are grown using substrate supplied by Dr. AG, and the harvested mushrooms are then repurchased and distributed by Dr. AG. It is a true model of mutual growth. This virtuous cycle realizes two values at once—expanding substrate sales and supporting farm growth—while building a stable foundation for long-term cooperation.
-
Namkyung Organic Farm Co., Ltd.
Expected expansion to 1,675t in 2025
Through fixed-volume supply agreements, Namkyung secures a stable revenue structure, while also exporting king oyster mushrooms overseas in connection with Dr. AG’s enoki export operations. In addition, productivity is enhanced through the sharing of merchandising know-how, and the company is expanding its own production lines to broaden its growth potential.
Dr. AG stands beside Namkyung as a strong ESG partner, supporting its expansion from production into distribution and exports.
-
Hangadeuk Agricultural Corporation Co., Ltd.
Expected expansion to 103t in 2025
Hangadeuk sells its steadily produced button mushrooms through Dr. AG’s distribution network, moving away from a structure that depended on unstable market prices.
By providing stable pricing and sales channels, Dr. AG strengthens the farm’s revenue base while also creating market value through the expansion of button mushroom distribution.
